This mask is an authentic mask, made by traditional techniques exclusiely for tribal ritual use. The style is completely representative of the Kifwebe people of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It was used as a "passport" mask, carried by individuals for tribal identification purposes.

We have photographed it on a 7" tall stand which is also available as item TLS-1-7. The purchase of the mask does NOT include a stand.
