Traditionally, all children in Africa make their own toys out of found materials: discarded cans, wire, old sandals, tires, etc. Following this long-standing tradition modern artists are creating art in all kinds of forms. These motorcycles were made by such artists but could have been toys a child might have made for himself. This motorcycle toy was made from Yotox insecticide cans. Each toy of this style is unique so it may vary slightly from the one pictured here.

Although this could have been a toy in Africa we consider it only to be a decorative object. It is NOT appropriate as a toy for a child unless it's the African child who made it.
