Tuareg artisans, as a group, are among the most accomplished on the Continent. Their body of artistic expression is unsurpassed. These boxes, covered with intricately tooled leather in bas-relief designs follow that tradition. Although these boxes are made in a wide variety of sizes and shapes these were made at a time when CD's were very popular so they fit a collection of CD's. Of course they can be used for anything else as well. We have them in both a dark maroon color and black.
